Services

Glori Technologies provides custom software development and technology consulting services. All work is performed under a signed project agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code developed for their project. Glori Technologies retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries used in the work.

Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Glori Technologies. These messages may include inquiry confirmations, project status updates, and follow-up communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive services.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or engagement of our services.

Limitation of Liability

Glori Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
