By accessing or using the gloritechnologies.com website or engaging Glori Technologies for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Glori Technologies provides custom software development, web development, mobile app development, AI integration, and technology consulting services. All work is performed under a signed project agreement. Engaging with our website or contact form does not constitute a service agreement.

3. Payment

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code developed for their specific project. Glori Technologies retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, or libraries incorporated into the work.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages via our contact form, you agree to the following:

• Message frequency varies based on your project activity and engagement with our team.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent.
